Q. What is a Resale Market Enhancement
Consultation?
A.
This
informative consultation defines problems and provides solutions to
quickly and affordably update and add value to homes entering the
marketplace. We will personally meet with your seller at the
property and provide tips, ideas, and recommendations and show them
how their home can reflect current design trends through decorative
and fixed design elements that can really add substantial value in
the mind of the buyer. We will also address clutter problems and
provide storage solutions for sellers while their home is on the
market. Both you and your seller will receive a written report
outlining our recommendations which can be used as a helpful guide
in preparing the property for market.
Q. What is the fee for a Resale Market Enhancement Consultation?
A.
The fee for
a Resale Market Enhancement Consultation
is $250.00, regardless of the size of the property,
provided that the property is located in Bucks or Montgomery
County. (fee may be slightly higher for property out of
the area)
Q. How do I add this service to
my current listing presentation?
A. Many REALTORS® are saying something like this:
“In addition to my current marketing services, this year I have
added a consultation with a Resale Designer in order to provide
my clients with the most up to date marketing strategies
available today. This consultation will provide you with the
most current design trends that buyers are looking for, and show
you how to best present your property in order to gain an edge
in the marketplace, resulting in stronger offers and less time
on the market.” I will have my designer get in touch with you and
schedule a time to come out to the property.

improvements to the property?

After
reviewing the written report which is included with a
consultation, your seller may choose to implement the plan
themselves or hire
KJK,Inc. to complete all or any part of the project.

- You will be provided with an invoice specific to each property
for your accounting records.

seller. In the event the seller decides not to take advantage of
the information from the consultation and report, which is rare,
but can happen, you have a written report that can help
substantiate your reasoning when it comes time to talk about
lowering the price.

less advertising dollars, fewer open houses, and less time on
the market. This equates to a more cost effective way of
