CURB APPEAL WINS IN HOUSING RESALE WARS….by
David Bradley
The Reporter, Saturday, November 11,2006 HOME Section
…”with worries over housing values falling, more attention may now
be focused on an overlooked aspect of selling a home; curb appeal…if
the outside looks so-so, buyers and their real estate agents may
turn up their noses and move on to the next property.”
During an enhancement consultation with KJK, Inc, it is always
discussed with your seller that the outside of a property creates
the very first impression. We provide clear step by step
instructions for how to present the outside of the property, as well
as the inside, and have a contracting team available that can
repaint or repair trims, replace old mailbox posts, whatever is
needed for the perfect impression.

CREATING A GRAND ILLUSION by Bill LaHay
The Inquirer Sunday, January 7,2007 REAL ESTATE Section
…for better or worse, ours is an era when exposure to palatial
dwellings can give the typical homeowner a serious inferiority
complex. Thankfully bathrooms are mostly personal spaces that
benefit from the coziness and convenience that tend to define
smaller rooms…..Return on investment is high for bathroom
renovations, especially for master baths.
It is sometimes imperative for a seller to consider updating
outdated bathroom spaces in order to reap the benefits of today’s
price point. KJK, Inc is a full service enhancement company that can
get the job done quickly and affordably.

YOUR HOME SHOULD MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION
by Arrol Gellner
Philadelphia Inquirer NEW HOMES Section, Sunday, Jan 7, 2007
“You never get a second chance to make a first impression- so goes
the old saying. Given this, your homes entry deserves a lot of
thought; if not always a lot of space…..Today’s entrances are often
either soaring rooms meant to impress the hoi polloi or tiny ones
meant to heighten the drama of subsequent spaces.”
Regardless of the size of the entryway; for selling purposes the
entry should “welcome” the buyer and be a pre-curser to what the
buyer is about to experience as he tours the property. Foyers and
Entry’s are always discussed in our enhancement report, and
guidelines specific to the property are spelled out for the seller
to follow.
