KJK,Inc. was founded by Kimberly J. Kratz in 2004. After working for years as a REALTOR^® in California, and being married to Schlicher-Kratz founder, Donald W. Kratz, Kim decided to launch her own company that would benefit and ultimately raise the standard of service in the real estate industry.
